CEO says RDIF to establish 900 mln euro fund with Turkey

MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) will announce the establishment of a 900 million euro investment fund between Russia and Turkey on Monday, RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev said on the sidelines of Arabia EXPO.

“We will announce today that we have finally established the Russian–Turkish investment fund. We have been long working on it and therefore, there were many discussions, and we have finally created it. It amounts to 900 million euros and we see that it will be extremely important to make Russian–Turkish investment more active,” Dmitriev said.

Later on Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with his Turkey’s counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss cooperation.
